Job Summary
Senior Accountant at WellNow Urgent Care within The Aspen Group family supporting finance and accounting functions. Key responsibilities include preparing and posting standard and non-standard journal entries during month-end and year-end close, reconciling balance sheet and P&L accounts, analyzing variances against budget/forecast, preparing audit schedules and supporting documentation for financial statements, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting issues, ensuring compliance with corporate accounting policies, supporting process improvements for efficiency, and handling ad-hoc projects as assigned. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (CPA preferred), 3+ years of related experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with Excel; Workday Financials experience is a plus. Salary range: $88,000–$103,000 with comprehensive benefits.
