Job Summary
Prepare and post journal entries in compliance with GAAP while managing the month-end and year-end close process. Perform general ledger reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, and bank reconciliations to resolve discrepancies. Assist with financial statement preparation, intercompany allocations, external audit support, and tax filing. Maintain organized, audit-ready records and collaborate on special projects and process improvements. Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, 2–5 years of experience, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 2–5 years of corporate or public accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting
- Experience with month-end close, financial statement preparation, and account reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A collaborative, team-first attitude with the ability to work independently
