Senior Accountant

Prepare, process, and post payroll journal entries for donations, taxes, and benefits, while reconciling investment accounts and general ledger statements. Reconcile benefit activity across 401k, 403b, and FSA accounts, and assist with entity invoicing, ACH payments, and internal billings. Analyze balance sheet variances, support annual audits, and prepare monthly cash forecasts and financial statements. This full-time, onsite role supports the Archdiocese's Shared Business Services model, requiring a practicing Catholic in good standing and five years of accounting experience.
