Senior Accountant Analyst

Job Summary
Prepare trial balances, balance sheets, and income statements while reconciling complex accounting accounts and validating ancillary obligations such as DCTF and SPED. Serve as the focal point for internal and external audits by providing clarifications and adjusting nonconformities in processes. Map and continuously improve accounting routines, integrate ERP systems, and evaluate variations in costs, expenses, and revenues to generate management reports for senior leadership. Ensure tax and legal compliance by monitoring changes in tax legislation and accounting standards including BR GAAP and IFRS. Assess risks and advise the board of directors on strategic matters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Experience in corporate accounting or controllership, with a focus in medium or large-sized companies
- Excellent logical and mathematical reasoning
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills for negotiating with banks
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with integrated management systems (ERP – Totvs)
- Knowledge of English
Desired Qualifications
- Active CRC (Brazilian Accounting Council) registration
- Knowledge of CPC Pronouncements and IFRS
