Job Summary
Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB for multiple entities. Manage complex accounting entries, including provisions, allocations, fixed asset accounting, and intercompany account reconciliation. Analyze business figures, variances, and reports while ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations. Serve as the primary contact for auditors, tax authorities, and internal departments. Collaborate with tax advisors on tax returns and support the development and automation of processes and systems. Mentor junior accountants and drive process optimization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Finanzen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HGB
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware (DATEV, MS Dynamics) sowie MS Excel
- Analytisches Denkvermögen
- ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität
- eine strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit
- Kommunikationsstärke
- hohe Eigenmotivation
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse in IFRS
- vorzugsweise in einer ähnlichen Position
- Projekt- oder Führungserfahrung
- Mentoring und fachliche Unterstützung von Junior-Buchhaltern
