Job Summary
Prepare accounting reports and dashboards analyzing drivers, trends, and root causes in revenue, costs, and transaction velocity data. Partner with Business Intelligence and Finance Systems teams to support report automation, facilitate insights, and triage internal requests for ad-hoc analyses. Assist the Director in implementing reporting projects and prepare monthly/quarterly review materials for leadership. Requires 3+ years in corporate finance, proficiency in Oracle ERP, Tableau, and Incorta, and strong Excel skills. Base salary $77,600–$142,200 USD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a combination of corporate finance (accounting/data analytics/FP&A)
- Knowledge of accounting systems, financial reporting systems, report building and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles
- Proficient/Advanced Excel skills
- Experience or interest in working with IT experts to extract data from and into databases (Oracle, Vertica, etc.)
- Experience building the design and testing reports and dashboards built in data visualization tools (Tableau & Incorta)
- Proven ability to execute reports and perform ad-hoc analyses
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely to accounting leadership and cross-functional business partners
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively on cross-functional projects, manage assigned deliverables, and meet deadlines while working with multiple stakeholders
- High integrity and a proactive approach to supporting the business
