Job Summary
Looking for a Senior Accountant to support financial accounting and client reporting, drive accounting operations, and enhance systems through automation and process improvement. This role requires a solid foundation in GAAP and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on managing close processes, reconciliations, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will leverage AI and modern tools to optimize accounting workflows and build scalable processes to support organizational growth.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of accounting experience (High-growth startup operators preferred)
- Strong GAAP foundation with hands-on close experience
- Demonstrated interest in process improvement, systems, or automation
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with tools like Stripe, QuickBooks Online, Ramp, Notion, or similar
- Familiarity with AI tools, with a strong interest in applying them
- Working knowledge of sales/use tax
