Job Summary
Coordinate the monthly Project Portfolio Management subledger close and reconcile sponsored program and faculty fund activity to the General Ledger. Perform detailed reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts, research discrepancies, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve accounting issues affecting financial reporting accuracy. Prepare and analyze financial reports, supporting schedules, and documentation for sponsored programs, including the Facilities & Administrative and Fringe Benefit Rate Proposals. Manage accounting oversight of grants, contracts, and faculty fund projects within the Oracle PPM system while serving as a subject matter expert. Support month-end and year-end close activities, coordinate audit support, and lead process improvement initiatives to strengthen internal controls and operational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Five years of relevant experience
- CPA
- Authorized to work full-time in the United States
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
