Job Summary
Senior Accountant at Lowe's India who will execute accounting activities in line with GAAP, perform timely month-end close and fixed asset accounting, conduct variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations, and prepare internal financial reporting. The role requires applying accounting judgment, ensuring accuracy of records, maintaining supporting documentation, and working with stakeholders across the finance function. Core duties include month-end close activities, fixed asset sub-ledger management, GL and P&L concepts, and continual process improvements. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with CA/CPA certification, 5-8 years of experience (2-3 years in accounting), strong accounting knowledge and financial controls, ERP experience, advanced Excel/Office skills, and demonstrated cross-functional collaboration.
