Job Summary
Prepare accounts and tax returns for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies while overseeing bookkeeping and VAT preparation. Manage a client portfolio and supervise junior staff members, including supporting them with their work. Engage in regular client interactions and contribute to strategic business planning and tax planning initiatives. Collaborate with managers and partners to drive firm growth. Report directly to the Partner. This hands-on role offers strong career progression potential within a comprehensive accountancy practice serving all industries.
Required Qualifications
- career background in accountancy practice preparing a mix of accounts, tax, bookkeeping, and VAT services for a variation of clients to include limited companies, partnerships and sole traders
- at least 3 - 5 years' experience
- ACCA/ACA qualified or have developed your career through experience only
