Job Summary
Calculate and post month-end and intercompany journal entries, overseeing external reward payment programs and commission revenue. Manage monthly GAAP closes for all F&I Agencies, perform balance sheet and income statement analysis, and assist with annual financial audits. Support other staff members as needed. This role is with Accountability Resources, a locally owned Austin, Texas-based search firm specializing in placing accounting and finance professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of financial accounting experience
- Revenue and expense recognition experience
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- CPA license
