Job Summary
Senior Accountant to overhaul and rebuild financial processes and architecture, own full-cycle close (month-end, quarter-end, year-end), deliver US GAAP-compliant reporting and management packs, coordinate tax and audit readiness, and partner with the CEO to drive strategic financial visibility and scalable controls. The role emphasizes transforming fragmented processes into an audit-ready, predictive finance function, establishing SOPs, maintaining general ledger integrity across multiple entities, and supporting executive decision-making with cash flow transparency and profitability metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Designation: CA(SA), CPA, CIMA, or equivalent active professional accounting credential
- US Market Mastery: 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing corporate accounting for U.S.-based companies
- Fluent knowledge of US GAAP, US corporate structures, and American banking/payment ecosystems
- Ability to build clean financial systems in previously disorganized environments
- Growth-oriented, self-directed professional seeking Controller-level progression
- Strong English communication and executive presence
