Job Summary
Lead monthly close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations, while preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements and reporting packages. Maintain general ledger accuracy across multiple entities and projects, and support audits, tax preparations, and lender/investor reporting. This role offers broad exposure to financial reporting, audits, and operations while working closely with senior leadership in a dynamic and growing environment within the real estate development and investment industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–2 years of experience in a Big 4 or large national public accounting firm
- CPA license (or in process)
- strong Excel skills
