Job Summary
Provide critical sales account support for HM Insurance Group's Stop Loss Business Unit, coordinating and executing tasks across the stop loss sales cycle. Responsibilities include handling RFP intake, underwriting support, account implementation, and ongoing group account service; act as a primary contact for resolution of inquiries from Account Managers, producers, sales reps and clients; coordinate meetings and projects with clients and core partners; manage error handling and mass updates; guide less-experienced colleagues, and contribute to small-to-medium projects within the assigned area.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5-10 years of relevant, progressive experience in health care, insurance or sales
- Ability to interact with producers, clients and sales representatives
- Experience with group account management, stop loss or employer benefits is preferred
