Job Summary
Load and maintain group information and benefit files for Stop Loss sales accounts. Resolve benefit inquiries from Account Managers, producers, sales reps, and small market clients. Coordinate meetings and implementations with clients and core partners. Handle error management to ensure files are corrected. Participate in the implementation of new products, group changes, benefit enhancements, non-standard benefits, and mass updates. Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Manage small to medium projects within the assigned area. This role facilitates the seamless implementation and ongoing administration of group accounts for the Stop Loss Business Unit.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant, progressive experience in the area of specialization
- Producer's license in Accident & Health required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire
- High School Diploma/GED
- Producer's license in Accident & Health
- Travel Requirement: 0% - 25%
