Job Summary
Senior Account Representative in Durables responsible for coordinating direct sales activities within assigned accounts and prospective accounts. Key duties include proactive cold calling in the cold chain packaging space, building and maintaining a sales pipeline, developing territory strategies, managing relationships with procurement and supply chain stakeholders, guiding the full sales cycle from outreach to contract negotiation, and collaborating with marketing, customer service, and product management to ensure a seamless customer experience. The role is remote with candidates located in CST or EST time zones, requiring strong communication and a proven ability to develop and expand territory while staying informed on industry trends and competitors.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably with cold calling and new business development
- Strong track record of building and managing sales territory
- Background in selling roto molded containers
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
