Job Summary
Senior-level Senior Account Manager to own and manage a Β£1M+ ARR portfolio across ~45 enterprise and regulated clients, driving renewal, upsell, cross-sell, retention, and value delivery in a fast-growing SaaS company. Responsibilities include leading renewal negotiations, developing success plans with measurable ROI, acting as strategic partner to high-value clients, monitoring account health via dashboards/CRM, and collaborating cross-functionally to champion client needs and feedback. Desired skills include strategic account planning, renewal & upsell negotiations, CRM and pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and solid understanding of SaaS models (ARR, NRR, churn). Bonus points for HRTech knowledge, data analysis in Excel/Google Sheets, and familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Monday).
