Senior Account Manager responsible for managing and growing key client accounts in an advertising/media environment, overseeing end-to-end multi-channel campaigns, leading QBRs and account development plans, translating performance data into strategic recommendations, driving retention and upsell opportunities, and coordinating cross-functional teams. The role involves client leadership, relationship management, and identifying opportunities for account growth, with a hybrid work arrangement (three days per week in the Manchester Office) and a London footprint.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in account management and/or client services, preferably within a media, advertising, or agency environment
