Job Summary
Senior Account Manager responsible for nurturing and managing partner relationships in a B2B iGaming platform environment. Own partner relationships, convey feedback to Project Managers, Product Owners, and Technical teams through appropriate channels, coordinate projects and activities for partners, and communicate roadmaps, system integrations, product features, and promotional tools to partners. Educate partners on systems and features, track and report relevant KPIs, proactively follow up on projections and results, coach partners on improvement areas, and manage communications regarding game releases, promotions, and marketing materials. Contribute to day-to-day operations and long-term strategy through cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Product, and Technical teams.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant iGaming experience as an Account Manager
- Strong Account Management and people management skills
- Independent working style and team collaboration
- Commercial awareness and understanding of how operators use platform capabilities to drive performance
- Experience cross-functional with Commercial, Product and Technical teams
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication, and interpersonal skills
