Job Summary
Oversee routine cleaning, venue preparation, and game-day setups as the lead Account Manager for campus athletics and facility operations. Direct, coach, and retain 35–40 team members and shift supervisors to maintain smooth execution across first, second, and third shifts, including weekends. Manage operational budgets, labor allocation, and supply chains to consistently hit financial KPIs while serving as the primary point of contact for all client and stakeholder communications. Work full-time in a flexible, hands-on schedule supporting a 7-day multi-shift operation. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–5+ years of experience leading 30+ headcount in commercial janitorial or facility management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
- 2–5+ years in commercial janitorial, venue, or facility management

- Solid skills in budgeting and forecasting
- proficiency in enterprise tools (MS Office, HRIS, CRM)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
