Job Summary
As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of high- and mid-value merchants, leveraging data to identify growth opportunities, and providing strategic recommendations around product selection, pricing, and campaign optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Commercial, Operations, and Media Buying) to execute growth initiatives, monitor merchant performance, reactivate inactive merchants, deliver regular business reviews, and drive sustainable growth and profitability by tracking metrics such as ROI and ad performance, while handling merchant escalations and ensuring high satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or a related client-facing role
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) best practices
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
