Senior Account Manager, Surety - Houston, TX

Serve as primary client contact for day-to-day bonding questions and build strong relationships with business partners, carriers, and stakeholders. Quality control data in Epic, Erlon, and OneDrive, including client data, surety contacts, bonds, rates, and commissions. Communicate with clients and underwriters through the request process, providing proper underwriting materials and responding to submission inquiries. Oversee Account Associate work for accuracy, compile proposals, and approve complete submissions. Request and review client documents such as financial statements and aging schedules while conducting in-depth data analyses. Maintain knowledge of carrier underwriting appetites to recommend appropriate markets for client programs.
