Job Summary
Senior Account Manager responsible for a focused portfolio in a SaaS environment. Own a portfolio of up to 50 accounts, build relationships with stakeholders, identify and drive expansion opportunities across teams, use cases, or regions, and lead renewal and commercial discussions with confidence. Serve as the voice of the customer internally and maintain clear account plans and pipeline visibility. The role requires proactive, commercially minded execution in an entrepreneurial setting, with experience in SaaS account management or business development and a track record of commercial success. Strong communication, relationship-building, and ownership skills are essential to deliver value and growth across the portfolio.
