Job Summary
Senior Account Manager role in Norway responsible for sales, client management, and long-term business oversight for large corporate customers in power sales and related services. Establish local presence in the Norwegian market, lead cross-functional client teams, identify and develop new customer relationships and business opportunities, and collaborate with Nordic sales, risk, analytics, operations, and product development teams. The role is Oslo-based (or by agreement) with potential travel; offers flexibility including home office when needed. The position emphasizes commercial relationship-building, profitability, and long-term sustainable business solutions for some of Vattenfall’s largest corporate customers, contributing to growth in Norway and integration with the Nordic business sales team.
Required Qualifications
- Minst 5–10 års erfaring fra kraftsalg/energibransjen
- Solid erfaring med å eie og utvikle en kundeportefølje
- Gode norske og engelske ferdigheter (muntlig og skriftlig)
- Drivende og forretningsorientert relasjonsbygger
- Evne til å bygge opp en forretningsvirksomhet fra grunnen av
- Strukturert og profesjonell arbeidsstil
- Kunnskap om energimarkedet og evne til å omsette trender til verdiskapende muligheter
