Job Summary
Senior Account Manager (Southeast) on the Law team responsible for owning and growing a portfolio of mid-market law firm accounts within the assigned region. Drive sustained revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell while ensuring long-term client retention and executive alignment. Build executive-level relationships with Managing Partners, CIOs, and KM leaders; lead strategic account plans; partner with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Marketing to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes. Manage renewals, pricing strategy, contract expansions, and bookings; stay ahead of legal industry trends and guide clients on modernization of their technology strategy with iManage. Requires deep legal technology expertise, strong commercial leadership, and 5+ years in related roles; JD degree and Bachelor's degree are part of the qualifications with JD strongly preferred. Flexible, remote work with occasional travel to local offices or events; base US salary range ~$120k-$150k with bonus and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- JD degree and legal industry experience, preferably within a law firm, legal technology company, or corporate legal department
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, business development, legal operations, or legal technology
- Strong understanding of law firm operations, legal workflows, and the legal technology landscape
- Experience building relationships with partners, firm leadership, legal operations, and IT stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to drive client growth, adoption, retention, or expansion opportunities
- Strong commercial acumen and consultative relationship management skills
- Experience managing customer activity, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Bachelor's degree required; JD strongly preferred
