Job Summary
Senior Account Manager for Global Brands at Snap Inc. Drive relationships with a select set of large, global brands; contribute to global JBPs; collaborate with Client Partner, Creative Strategists, and Marketing Science to craft insight-driven campaigns on Snapchat that deliver measurable ROI; manage complex cross-functional projects, analyze campaign performance, guide KPI-driven measurement, identify trends, optimise campaigns, and uncover upsell opportunities. Build and present QBRs; educate clients and agencies on Snap products and best practices; increase adoption of Snap’s self-service platform and auction tools; provide ongoing technical support and real-time analysis. Requires BS/BA in a related field and 5+ years in digital media with performance/brand marketing and ad-tech experience; strong Excel skills, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and excellent presentation/communication abilities. Also expected to operate within Snap’s policy of in-office collaboration with 4+ days per week in the US.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or related area
- 5+ years experience in the digital media industry, with focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces
- Existing relationships with marketing, performance and biddable teams, and their media and creative agencies
- Experience in the digital media industry with understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and ability to educate others (e.g., advertisers, agencies)
- Preferred qualifications: passion for Snapchat and knowledge of ad products; proven track record of delivering on sales quota and positive reviews
