Job Summary
Senior Account Manager responsible for post-sale client success for SmithRx Tier 1 customers, building and managing relationships from implementation kickoff, driving client satisfaction and retention, identifying risks to satisfaction, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and mentoring/ guiding junior Account Managers. Requires a positive growth mindset, executive-level communication, and hands-on experience in healthcare/account management to advocate for clients, manage complex portfolios, and drive outcomes aligned with clients' business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of direct account management or relationships management experience in the healthcare space
- A strong history of working strategically with diverse and complex clients
