Job Summary
Senior Account Manager for the Towne Insurance Select Business Unit provides prompt, courteous service to clients and prospects, processes endorsements, certificates, cancellations, and audits, and supports new business and renewals by maintaining client files, assembling proposals, issuing binders and certificates, and invoicing. Builds and maintains relationships with clients, underwriters, and vendors; maintains knowledge of industry forms and coverage changes; seeks opportunities to cross-sell and add new business to existing clients; uses the agency management system to manage files and transactions; complies with AML/BSA requirements and related regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Active P&C license
- minimum 3 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- strong attention to detail
- strong organization and prioritization skills
- computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
