Senior Account Manager

Job Summary
Manage strategic client accounts by acting as the primary point of contact, ensuring long-term satisfaction while recommending IAM solutions and identifying renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. Drive new business in targeted regions by building pipelines, nurturing prospects, and representing the company at industry events. Provide market insights to leadership on regional expansion and product development, collaborating with consulting and development teams to design tailored IAM solutions. Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations with pre-sales and technical teams while mentoring junior colleagues. Requires 5+ years of experience in IT or cybersecurity account management with strong English and French language skills, plus willingness to travel across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales within IT or cybersecurity
- Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts and achieving sales/revenue targets
- Strong understanding of IAM solutions (IGA, PAM, AM, SSO, MFA, etc.) and security ecosystems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international, and growing organization
- Willingness to travel across regions (Europe, Middle East, Africa)
- Proficiency with CRM (Zoho preferred) and Microsoft 365
- Negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent English & French
- Willingness to travel within Europe/MEA
