Job Summary
Oversee complex institutional securities lending accounts and drive high-quality client service across daily operations. Key duties include managing account administration, serving as a resource on service processes and delivery standards, anticipating client needs, supporting business development and client presentations, coordinating servicing teams, reviewing account objectives to improve outcomes, monitoring fund status and master trust accounting, handling service requests and documentation, ensuring accurate fee setup, supporting process improvement, and communicating account status and requirements to clients. Ideal candidates possess strong client servicing experience, analytical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems and improve processes in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 4 to 8 years of experience in client servicing, including 2 to 3 years in an institutional trust environment
- Knowledge of institutional trust operations and accounting systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
