Job Summary
Senior Account Manager responsible for building and nurturing relationships with home services clients, acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, paid advertising, social media, content marketing) aligned to client objectives; lead training sessions on Scorpion systems and brand specifics; develop and implement comprehensive account strategies, monitor campaign performance, and identify upsell opportunities while collaborating with Directors, SEO specialists, paid media experts, social media managers, and content writers to meet client goals and deliver measurable ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of professional experience in client-facing account management
- 2 years in an Account Manager role or comparable experience
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in a digital agency setting
- Experience working as part of a team
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- First class organizational skills
- A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints
- Willingness to learn new programs
- Ability to interpret and leverage data for decision making
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- A personable and professional character to build client rapport
- The confidence to gain client trust
