Job Summary
Senior Account Manager responsible for achieving financial and operational objectives for West, partnering with the Sales Director for Direct Sales and cross-functional teams to develop and execute local business strategies; identifies opportunities within existing and new accounts to meet sales and revenue targets; builds and leverages relationships with key customers to grow the West business; leads in planning and execution of tailored key account plans; manages local sales processes, CRM data integrity, and reporting; implements pricing strategies to achieve targeted gross margins; ensures customers and distributors meet contractual obligations; travels up to 30-40% domestically with international country salary ranges provided; supports regulatory and safety compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or related discipline (Education) required
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in management or supervision of cross-functional teams
- Experience in rubber/elastomer technology or pharmaceutical/medical device industry (preferred)
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive sales growth
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Independent, self-motivated, results-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel (30-40% domestic)
