Job Summary
Senior Account Manager for Dometic’s RVOEM Sales, responsible for leading strategic planning, developing and maintaining partnerships with OEM and aftermarket customers, growing the existing base, and winning new business in defined geographic areas. Build and manage key accounts, coordinate cross-functional efforts with product development, engineering, and supply chain, and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer objectives while driving revenue growth. Maintain strong customer relationships, monitor performance and forecasts, participate in trade shows and events, and collaborate with marketing on promotional programs within a hybrid Elkhart, Indiana context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication or other related field
- 5+ years in a business development or sales role with the expectation of meeting either sales quota or growth KPIs
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, business management, corporate leadership, and financial decision-making
- Proficient with MS Excel and willing to learn new software/systems as introduced
- Solid experience within Business Development and Account Management
