Job Summary
Senior Account Manager in retail responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of retail partners, building senior stakeholder relationships, leading quarterly business reviews, translating merchant priorities into actions, driving revenue growth through data-driven insights, introducing Wolt products, and collaborating with Marketing to drive customer acquisition and partner growth. Fluency in Danish is required; strong relationship management and data-analysis skills with Excel and BI tools; experience in retail/e-commerce; ability to operate independently in a fast-moving tech environment. Located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Danish is required
- Experience in account management, customer success, sales, consulting, or another commercial role with ownership of large or strategic accounts
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Power BI is a plus
- Experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, marketplace businesses, or related industry is an advantage
- Experience managing large, complex, or strategic partnerships is a strong plus
