Job Summary
Senior Account Manager responsible for managing enterprise/high-value US-based client accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact, lead client meetings and updates, coordinate with internal teams, handle escalations, and ensure exceptional client service throughout the engagement lifecycle. Seek opportunities for account growth and long-term retention. Requires excellent spoken and written English with a strong American accent, proven senior-level account management or client success experience with enterprise or high-value accounts, and familiarity with tech/SaaS, CRM, and project-management tools. Must be able to communicate confidently with US-based executives and stakeholders and work during US ET hours.
