Senior Account Manager

Job Summary
Senior Account Manager to lead live demos, onboard clients, grow existing accounts, and work closely with teams across marketing, product, and customer success to ensure client value from a data integration SaaS platform. Responsibilities include running live demos (70%+ of time) guiding prospects from first touch to product adoption and multi-year contracts, converting inbound leads, managing renewals, growing revenue from existing accounts, and maintaining relationships with partners and resellers. You will own account health end-to-end, keep CRM data accurate, contribute to onboarding and knowledge-base content, and collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless client experience. The role requires 2+ years in sales/account management/customer success, experience with live demos and discovery calls, familiarity with SaaS contracts, strong English communication, CRM proficiency, analytical and consultative mindset, and strong negotiation skills. Preferred: knowledge of data analytics or reporting tools, familiarity with MarTech or marketing agencies, and experience with Coupler.io or similar data integration tools. You will work in CET-aligned hours with remote flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in sales, account management, or customer success
- Experience with live demos and discovery calls
- Experience working with SaaS contracts with an average value of $5K+ per year
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- CRM experience
- Tech-savvy and a fast learner
- Analytical and consultative mindset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities — open deals, active accounts, and partner conversations
