Job Summary
Senior Account Manager for Pharma & Trade Shows responsible for guiding high-profile pharmaceutical and healthcare accounts from concept to delivery, building trusted client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to create outstanding event experiences. Responsibilities include client leadership, strategic guidance, end-to-end program delivery of trade shows and hybrid experiences, budget oversight and financial accountability, mentorship of Account Managers and Coordinators, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 4–7+ years managing complex experiential programs in pharma/healthcare marketing, with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–7+ years managing complex experiential or trade show programs, ideally within pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing
- Demonstrated success leading client relationships and delivering measurable results
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and project management tools
