Job Summary
Senior Account Manager for paid media overseeing a portfolio of e-commerce client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, and coordinating internal teams to deliver campaigns across paid media, creative, email, and other channels. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships for retention and growth, understanding client KPIs and margins, leading client calls and strategic planning, translating performance data into actionable insights, identifying upsell opportunities, ensuring on-time delivery with quality standards, troubleshooting issues, and preparing reports and strategic roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in account management, client success, or marketing strategy (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Meta, Google, email, CRO, etc.)
- Experience working with e-commerce brands or DTC businesses
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
- Commercial awareness and results-driven thinking
- Proficiency with reporting tools, dashboards, and project management systems
- Fluent English
