Job Summary
Senior Account Manager for paid media on a remote, full-time role servicing e-commerce clients. You will be the strategic point of contact, aligning client goals with internal execution across paid media, creative, email, and other channels; lead performance reviews, strategic planning, and roadmaps; translate campaign data into actionable insights; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities; and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables while maintaining strong client relationships. Requirements include 3+ years in account management or marketing strategy (agency preferred), expertise in digital channels (Meta, Google, email, CRO), experience with e-commerce/DTC brands, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and project-management abilities, ability to manage multiple clients, and fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in account management, client success, or marketing strategy (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Meta, Google, email, CRO, etc.)
- Experience working with e-commerce brands or DTC businesses
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
- Commercial awareness and results-driven thinking
- Proficiency with reporting tools, dashboards, and project management systems
- Fluent English
