Job Summary
Senior Account Manager at Otis focused on growth of the service and maintenance portfolio in Winnipeg, MB. Manage a portfolio of elevator units, be the primary contact for customer inquiries, develop repair and modernization sales through networking, bids, and tenders; craft and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets while ensuring profitability; leverage Otis’ tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales; conduct negotiations and close deals with timely payment; collaborate with sales representatives and field colleagues; benefit from flexible working hours with the possibility of remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Business or technical degree or completed training as technician or technical business administrator
- minimum of 5 years' work experience in sales or account management
- experience in sale of technical products requiring customer consultation
- strong customer and service orientation
- excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- ability to develop sales strategy to achieve targets
- experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, field engineering, etc.)
- flexibility to work in a demanding, corporate environment
