Job Summary
Senior Account Manager leading digital transformation initiatives for a diverse enterprise client portfolio across commercial and public sectors. Own multi-year roadmaps, value realization, and executive alignment; drive YoY revenue expansion through renewals, upsell/cross-sell, new solution adoption, and expanded services. Build and manage executive relationships, run QBR/ABR cycles, and shape complex solutions through discovery, scoping, proposals/SOWs, RFPs, pricing, and negotiations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, manage dependencies and risks, and deliver roadmap milestones on time and budget. Lead onboarding and transition to delivery, secure budget approvals, and guide clients through technical decisions. Provide SME guidance on large-scale projects, champion best-fit solutions, and accelerate client outcomes; mentor colleagues and foster a high-performance culture. Preference for experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Acquia/Drupal, and a strong track record in strategic account management across both commercial and public sectors; willingness to travel within North America; hybrid/remote work options available in Canada (Ontario preferred for in-person connections).
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of consultative sales, business development, or revenue-focused account management in integrated marketing/digital/creative agency or equivalent
- Track record of growing client relationships and achieving revenue targets
- Experience leading strategic account planning, executive stakeholder engagement, and QBR/ABR presentations
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager/Adobe Commerce, Drupal, and WordPress or equivalent platforms
- Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, PR, or business, or commensurate experience with measurable results in strategic account management and revenue growth
- Ability to travel within North America; valid passport required
- Strong relationship management skills, with listening, empathy, and clear communication
- Experience delivering digital marketing and analytics solutions that drive measurable business results
