Senior Account Manager - Neuromodulation

Job Summary
Drive sustainable sales growth by developing and executing account strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. Support physicians during procedures, deliver product education, and ensure they receive exceptional clinical and commercial support while working closely with hospital teams and cross-functional colleagues. Take a proactive approach to achieving sales objectives and share your knowledge to support the development of less experienced sales team members. This role requires a minimum of five years in medical device sales, frequent travel, and a valid driver's license. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will contribute to Boston Scientific's mission of improving patient outcomes through innovative neuromodulation technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in medical device, healthcare or pharmaceutical sales
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Strong relationship-building and key account management skills
- Ability to provide clinical support and confidently communicate product value to healthcare professionals
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic account plans
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
- Valid driver's license
