Job Summary
Senior Account Manager for NCR Voyix in London responsible for owning a high-value QSR account, developing aligned account strategies, and serving as the senior point of contact. Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling, lead commercial negotiations and renewals, and manage forecasting and pipeline. Build and maintain executive-level relationships across stakeholders, ensure customer satisfaction and advocacy, and manage risks and escalations. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated solutions, lead governance and business reviews, and provide industry insights on POS, payments, and digital transformation to influence product delivery. Requires a Bachelor’s degree with MBA or equivalent preferred, and 10+ years in senior account or enterprise sales with strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and presentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, key account management, or enterprise sales
- Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
- Strong background in QSR hospitality or adjacent industries
- Experience with revenue growth, contract negotiations, and long sales cycles
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients
- P&L responsibility or experience
