Job Summary
Senior Account Manager responsible for acting as the central interface between Lear and Audi, overseeing projects from pre-series to series production and spare parts, preparing quotations in collaboration with internal departments, managing contract reviews and negotiations, handling change management processes, strategically planning and conducting customer relationship management, and monitoring business performance with a focus on sales and marketing planning. Travel as required; strong English is required and German is a strong plus.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or business administration
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Sales management within the VW Group (Audi preferred)
- Initial knowledge in product development, manufacturing processes, or quality management for trim
- Willingness to travel as required
