Job Summary
Senior Account Manager to own a portfolio of Mid-Market/Middle-MME key accounts, driving expansion and revenue growth through upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Responsibilities include relationship-building with key decision-makers, developing tailored account plans, regular outreach and business reviews, monitoring product usage and adoption to realize value, cross-functional collaboration with CS and Sales, and managing CRM pipeline (Salesforce) to forecast and report on revenue growth. Must demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B Mid-Market setting.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience within an account management or relationship focused sales role
- Experience in B2B sales managing Mid-market clients
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with VARS or Channel partners to support growth
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong commercial mindset with a passion for account growth and expansion
- Highly motivated, coachable and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities
