Job Summary
Senior Account Manager to cultivate long-term relationships with top-tier enterprise clients. Serve as the primary liaison across Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer experience, drive retention and revenue growth, and maximize the value of Kaseya's IT and security management solutions. Responsibilities include managing high-value strategic accounts, identifying expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell), proactively handling renewals, representing the voice of the customer, leading executive business reviews, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure onboarding, adoption, and issue resolution. Requires strong negotiation, communication, and strategic account-planning skills; experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and a background in IT management software or cybersecurity solutions is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or consultative sales, preferably in a SaaS, MSP, or IT services environment.
