Job Summary
Senior Account Manager to drive sales and revenue growth within an assigned territory (Poland) and accounts through direct sales. You will own the pipeline, forecast, and sales targets for global and major local customers. Responsibilities include recruiting, building, optimizing, and maintaining assigned customers and go-to-market programs to enhance profitability and market reach; jointly setting financial targets for profitable sales volume; proactively leading planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives and critical achievements in customer relationships; aligning with field operations to support a positive customer experience and results worldwide; directing sales activities to improve end-user sales volume. Key qualifications include native Polish and fluent English, ability to work independently, strong communication, relationship-building, strategic planning, willingness to travel, and advanced Excel skills.
Required Qualifications
- Native Polish speaker
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Driving license – active driver and willingness to travel
- Experience of direct sales, preferably in a retail industry or technical sector
- Experience in business-to-business (B2B) technical solutions sales
- Ability to function independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to develop and expand relationships
- Ability to build successful plans and bring teams together for mutual benefit
- Driving license and willingness to travel
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
