Job Summary

Senior Account Manager in the UK responsible for managing an allocated client portfolio (corporate, business or leisure), delivering targeted revenue, developing and growing client relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and leading promotional/marketing activities. Responsibilities include portfolio/client relationship management, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements, preparing simulations, distributing nett fare contracts, maintaining Salesforce reporting, providing product training, attending events, and delivering market/competitive intelligence to support pricing and services in collaboration with partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Minimum of 5 years UK consolidated experience in travel industry (business travel, corporate, TMC, travel agency, hotel, etc)
  • Excellent command of English; Italian is an asset
  • Interpersonal Skills – strong relationship building across levels & cultures
  • Motivation & resilience – drive to negotiate successful deals and deliver revenue results
  • Communication & impact – ensure ITA Airways is known in the UK market
  • Responsibility & initiative – time management and self-motivation to deliver daily
  • Web/e-commerce knowledge would be asset
