Job Summary
Senior Account Manager for institutional crypto clients responsible for delivering a high-touch white-glove experience, driving upsells and net revenue retention, and serving as a brand ambassador for The Tie. You will build strong relationships within assigned accounts, support pre-sales and post-sales processes, maintain CRM with meeting notes, respond to client questions, communicate feature launches, build dashboards/watchlists/news feeds for new clients, aggregate product feedback for the product team, and prospect for upsells. Requirements include a BA/BS or relevant account management experience, a passion for cryptocurrency markets, strong presentation/relationship/communication skills, and analytical/problem-solving abilities; SQL and Python experience and CRM/prospecting experience are a plus. Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or relevant account management experience
- Experience interacting with institutional investors is strongly preferred
- Experience or passion for cryptocurrency markets is a must
- An ability to gasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions
- Excellent presentation, relationship building and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- SQL and Python experience is a plus
- CRM and client prospecting experience
