Senior Account Manager in AI Industry

Job Summary
Senior Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the AI industry, identify new business opportunities, collaborate with the sales team to expand the client base, serve as the primary client contact, coordinate with internal teams for tailored AI solutions, monitor industry trends, prepare forecasts and reports for senior management, negotiate contracts to maximize profit, and lead and mentor junior account managers to foster excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the AI or technology industry
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts successfully
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in various industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
